Roles & Responsibilities
- Phil Kemp is Director, Content Strategy and Performance, responsible for the creation of a medium- to long-term integrated content strategy for the 成人论坛 Group, bringing the whole 成人论坛 together ahead of the review of the 成人论坛鈥檚 Charter in 2028
- Phil is responsible for delivering the 成人论坛鈥檚 Value for All content strategy, including the 成人论坛鈥檚 digital products strategy
- He is also responsible for target-setting and performance management of the audience-facing divisions of the 成人论坛.
Biography
At the 成人论坛, Phil was recently Controller, News & Current Affairs Strategy and previously Controller, Digital Strategy, Head of Group Commercial Strategy and Strategy Manager for Children鈥檚 & Education and Nations & Regions. Prior to joining the 成人论坛, he held senior roles advising on strategy, public policy and strategic communications in Government, cultural institutions and the commercial sector.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 成人论坛 staff on behalf of the 成人论坛 and claimed through the 成人论坛's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 成人论坛 and booked through the 成人论坛's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.

Declaration of personal interests
Staff must make a declaration of their personal and business interests, including any memberships or directorships of public or industry bodies, and any shareholdings, as well as any interests that their immediate families may also have.
A summary is published where there is something to declare and where there is nothing to declare. Occasionally an individual will have something to declare but due to the personal nature of the declaration we do not publish details as to do so would breach the General Data Protection Regulation.
This information is published annually, although if any amendments are made during the year an updated summary will be published if necessary as soon as it is available.
