Rob joined 成人论坛 WM full-time in September 2001 after working for the 成人论坛 in Coventry since the summer of 1994.

He covered Coventry City's matches home and away for 12 seasons, both for the Beeb and independent radio station Mercia Sound, for whom he started working at the age of 16.

He has been involved in covering football, rugby union, cricket, athletics, speedway and ice hockey during his sports reporting career, but still rates being at Wembley for the 1987 FA Cup Final as an all-time highlight.听听
