Enjoying the Christmas lights switch on Wednesday 17th December - Christmas ParadeFeaturing vintage fire engines, steam traction engines, a West Midlands Fire Service Band, the Rotary Club sleigh and street entertainers will start in Piper's Row at 6.30pm and finish in Queen Square. There will also be a children’s funfair, Lady Wulfruna Organ and a dazzling firework display on the Civic Centre Piazza. Crowds will be entertained by George Michael look-a-like, Wayne Dilks and West Midlands Fire Service Band. Thursday 18th December - Open air carol concertCivic Centre Piazza from 6.30pm – 8pm where choristers from St. Peter's Church and other local choirs will perform. A special finale will feature Wolverhampton City Organist Steve Tovey and Walsall Borough Organist Peter Morris. Friday 19th December - A Children's Christmas Choir ConcertCivic Centre Piazza during the day featuring choirs from local schools, hosted by 107.7 The Wolf. Christmas in Sandwell Saturday 20th December - Brass bandsPerformances on both the Civic Centre Piazza and at Market Square. Performances will be on the hour starting at 12noon and continuing until 4pm Friday 19th - Saturday 20th December - Nativity sceneChildren's funfair, petting zoo and performances from the children of Punch Theatre all in Market Square.
