This morning I've been switching on more Christmas lights - starting with Sophia and her fellow student friends in Manchester.

What a week it's been. After the amazing triumph at Anfield (4-1, count 'em) I was lucky enough to meet one of Liverpool's players after the game. Dirk Kuyt was there so I put my arm around him and he happily agreed to look uncomfortable. He's already becoming an Anfield legend in my eyes.

Fast forward 24 hours and Kuyt is replaced by Ken - another legend. Bill Roach (cos his real name isn't Ken as I was told before the interview) has been on 'The Street' for 47 years. That's a long, long time. We had a lovely chat in his dressing room during our visit. We talked about life at Corrie, olives, service stations, and a terrible loft incident involving Adam Rickitt.

After stopping off at Emmerdale on Monday, today we paid a visit to Brookside Close - take a look at this video as I show you around...

So far we have been to Emmerdale and filmed what can only be described as a video. It employed acting skills.

Last night was a real highlight though. We went to the actual pub where the actual Rob DJ does the actual Monday night pub quiz. I was playing with Chris and his dad, and to cut a long story short we didn't win. We all think Carrie was cheating...

Our first day oop north involved a trip to Emmerdale - while Dom, Dave and Chris sank pints in the Woolpack, I decided to have a go on the church organ.

Today we did the show from Leeds and afterwards we visited Emmerdale, home of the well-known TV soap.

We took over the Woolpack pub with hilarious - and dramatic - results. Watch and enjoy:

Hey bloggers and bloggettes! Well to add to Dave's bum waxing experience here’s a chance to hear that Cesc Fabregas I'm the only gay in the village again!!!

I went up to the Tree House School to have a chat - to my surprise William Gallas was also there as was Matt Lucas from Little Britain - he's massive gooner so was more than happy to help Arsenal out with some of their charity stuff..And it turns out Cesc is a massive little britain fan! Although apparently Phillipe Senderos does it better…we'll have to wait and see if we can get that for you!!

Anyway despite him obviously playing for Arsenal which I had to forgive him for, maybe for about 30 minutes at least - he was a lovely chap! Happy to have a chin wag about most things - mainly sitting in his boxers playing X box like Chris (I have to say Cesc his pants a nicer image than Chris in his!!!) and his fav tv shows..

Dear Webfriends,

So it finally happened then. Yesterday I went to the Celebrity Scissorhands studio for my bum wax appointment with our very own Aled. In addition to him removing the hair from my backside with hot wax and carpet tape, he also invited in some of his coiffure colleagues to have a good gawp and also to have a go in what became something of a free for all.

Hello Bloggerloggers.

Well. That was interesting. Firstly, i never wear a wig as i'm more than happy with my scalp. So the idea of putting a wig on and then getting some bloke to start cutting it is a bit odd. That's right - it must be celebrity scissorhands.

I went into the academy or "Aledemy" as i call it and had a "one to one" with Mr Strange. Hilariously he wasn't 100 per cent sure whether my red toupe was real at first. Then he kind of gave the game away by grabbing it off my head.

Been a while since I’ve done one of these so here goes. Celebrity Scissorhands is featuring heavily on the show at the moment, which must be the best blanket promotion that ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳3 has ever had...

That said, it is hilarious TV, especially the sight of our very own Vidal Sassoon breaking down in tears only to be comforted by Brandon Block. You couldn’t write this as the weird world of wash and blows continues to amuse and amaze.
