It's almost a haiku. The precise beauty of legal language turns to poetry in the mouth of this High Court judge as he describes the footage shown during the hearing, noting that it is "very brief, containing shots of Mr Mosley taking part in sexual activities with five prostitutes, and it also covers the tea break".
