And the biggest block to Freedom in this country? The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳. You just try complaining! The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ is its own judge and jury.
And so it goes....giving my money to Alistair Campbell's bank account, undermining our Queen, purveying government spin on the airways. I could go on and on....But what's the use? Where has my freedom gone?
I find this all hard to take, Martin - this verbal insistence that FOI is going to be adhered to by the Government in a general sense. And do not mention Information Commissioners.
I know there are specific reasons for tact in that personal matter but the suggestions I am being thrown possibly completely fictional financial sops (to days suggestion was a 4th offer had been mooted) I think possible allies of mine may have also left the field for them to get on with it. I hope so.
All this just to keep me occupied; when I wasn't occupied the 1st time. Hopefully I was tactful and trying to keep" the faith" despite great irritation and waiting for someone to formally tell me the wait needs to continue because.......
I cannot believe the relevant Office doesn't know I am posting possible translations for anyone who cares to see - yet fiction is maintained via total silence. I am going to enjoy hearing the excuses for all this prevarication under Data Protection and FOI laws. My late mother's information and perhaps mine too.
No Mr Brown - you haven't convinced me anything has changed but I will keep the faith a little longer. LOL
