I'm still in the blog meeting! the PM blog is getting lots of praise, which is great 2 hear from my peers. i've just ranted about the failings about the technology - it was very cathartic! Everyone agrees that that is the biggest frustration - the powers that be acknowledged as much, while adding that this blog, as well as all others across the 成人论坛, is merely a trial...and in trials, things go wrong, but they are working 2 resolve the problems.

I seem to recall hearing in the last few days something about the 成人论坛 wanting to encourage interactivity with it's audience. Could there be any finer example than this?

Are there any other 成人论坛 Blogs which are as interactive, or proactive, as this one? That's a genuine question, by the way, not a pat on the back.

You'll be glad to know (I hope) that your (absorbing) newsletter arrived safely in Sussex (approximately) 10 minutes ago. I (as others) was concerned to hear that McDonalds wants to ban Prince Charles (heir to the throne)(but not that of Ronald McDonald, I believe).

As to the PM (the one in No. 10), I expect (as do others) there's a lot he'll miss. However, it is unlikely (in my opinion) he'll miss being gruelled by reporters (I've heard he dislikes these, and in particular Mr. J. Humphrys).

As to the other matters (you allude to so many today), we'll all look forward with (unabated) interest. Especially, I (and my fellow pedants) will enjoy the item on brackets. Personally, I feel these are best used (like Martha Kearney) for putting up bookshelves. (Another question you failed to answer, btw.)

I think the message I took from it is this: while it's not Private Fraser's "we're all doomed", nor should it not be Corporal Jones' "don't panic" - there are issues to be addressed, but it's not anything so dire that there's a risk of it all disappearing in a puff of smoke.

I'd post more on here, only I really ought to let Eddie and Big Boss Peter know first, so once that's done, I'll be back.

I reckon the answer is, once you've been 501-d (or whichever kind of Levis you prefer), assume that it's lying (why not, after all) and that your post will, eventually, appear.

Then go off to the Beach for a huff (but not, perhaps, a puff) and see if you can post there.
