Reminds me of a lengthy trip around various food factories in Denmark a few years ago. On returning to the UK, my colleague had a hospital appointment. He was shown into a cubicle and asked to undress and put on a hospital gown. Having spent a week getting in and out of various types of protective clothing my friend thought nothing of it. He was a little surprised when, on her return, the nurse burst out laughing. Eventually, she recovered enough to be able to ask "Why have you got the paper underpants on your head?"
