What's On ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Red Button: 18th - 31st July
Here's our fortnightly look at what's coming up under the red button...
³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Proms 2009: Maestro Cam
For the 2009 Proms season ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Red Button is introducing
a brand new feature: 'Maestro Cam'.
Over the course of five concerts the service will give digital viewers a
unique insight into the art of conducting. A dedicated camera will capture the conductor's every intonation and flourish while the mentors from ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Two's Maestro series - Matthew Rowe, Peter Stark and Jason Lai - provide commentary discussing the gestures and the orchestra's response.
Among the conductors involved in this project are Daniel Barenboim, Vasily
Petrenko and Ilan Volkov.

The National Lottery: Guesstimation
This summer Nick Knowles invites digital viewers
to deploy their skill and judgement to out-guess his studio contestants.
Over three exciting rounds two family teams will face a series of unusual,
fun and occasionally head-spinning brain teasers. Their mission is simple:
guess closest to the correct answer. Meanwhile Red Button viewers get the chance to weigh-up
their own on-screen options. Will your guesses earn YOU living room bragging
rights? It's just a question of judgement.
The National Lottery: Guesstimation showcases the Dream Number draw which
raises funds for many of the venues that will be hosting events at the London
2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
