Thank you all so much!
Just a note of thanks to all those eagle-eyed readers who noticed I mispelled Alex Salmond's name in yesterday's blog. I know this will sound a bit fishy but it is just a typo and I hope you all appreciate I did spell it right on Monday. I am pleading overwork and the tiny print used by my computer when I am blogging. It is straining my eyes!!

Is it not time for the Assembly to take a leaf out of the City halls books and commence set timing tours throughout the week days? As it stands at the moment visitors to Parliament Buildings wishing to have a full tour of the hall and both the Commons and Senate Chambers have to pre book through their local MLAs who will then sponsor the tour. Surley it is time for the powers that be (i.e. The Commision) to take the decision to hold tours every two hours throughout the week days to enable everyone who visits this outstanding historic building a chance to see all its splender.
