I think Martin McGuinness is staying close to home, but after his recent package holiday in Baghdad is predicting that his next stop could be the Philippines. Why? Well, the UK Ambassador in Manila has pledged to share our expertise in conflict resolution as part of an attempt to arrest the downward spiral in the region of Mindanao.
