Do you back Chief's call to legalise drugs?

Do you agree with North Wales Police Chief Constable who blogs today about legalising drugs as a way to cut down crime?
He has said this before but this time he's asking next Monday's meeting of the North Wales Police Authority to officially back his view.
The chief's comments have been welcomed in the blog run by charitable think tank the which reckons "prohibition itself is the major cause of drug-related" problems.
