The larger than life Hairy Bikers entertained everyone with their cookery demonstrations at the on Saturday. The reports them as saying that the diversity of Welsh food produce is "spectacular" and that view was certainly reflected in the large number of stalls at the fair selling everything from truffles and jam made in Wrexham to pâté made in Ruthin.
