Another 52 jobs could go at cheese packing plant First Milk, which announced 93 redundancies three months ago at its Maelor site in Wrexham.

Workers at Tarmac's Pant Quarry in Halkyn were left stunned when Billy, a white goat, appeared on site one day and decided to set up home in the staff smoking shelter. Admin clerk Helen Williams now ensures he has a regular supply of treats, including biscuits, oranges, bananas and porridge oats.
