We'll try to share with you our editorial process. We'll tell you when we're very pleased about the programme and - or explain- when we get it wrong.

The programme is only 6 months old which in radio terms, is nothing.

We had a shaky few early weeks and then really got into our stride thanks to two things; a) our team, who are the best and most creative I've ever worked with and b) you.

The response we've had to our debates- and your suggestions-has been at times overwhelming.

You've been quick to praise us (and to be fair, to condemn us) and your feedback is welcome. I know everyone says that, but I mean it.

Occasionally, I'll pop up to clarify something, defend us or apologise.

Hopefully through the blog you'll get an idea of what we're about, how we work and how you can influence the agenda.
