On the road again.....
WHYS is presenting the programme in the US again during the first week of November for the . We'll be linking up with three of our partner stations across the week and will broadcast the show from Washington on Monday November the 6th, Cleveland on Tuesday and Wednesday and Detroit on Thursday and Friday.
There's a lot of talk about these elections being the most significant Mid Terms in more than a decade. ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ reporters in Washington have been blogging about the issues here and it makes interesting reading.
The rough aim is to re-visit our friends at the in DC , who were such great hosts when we were last in the States in March. We're aiming to set up a hustings style debate with first time voters quizzing the main parties.
Tuesday and Wednesday we'll be hosted by our colleagues at who take WHYS (and thank you for that by the way) and have kindly agreed to let us use their rather impressive studios for a couple of days. We'll look at what the world makes of the elections on Tuesday and mull over the results on Wednesday.
On to Detroit for the end of the week and we'll see what you think should be on the agenda by then. Again, big thanks to the people at for taking the show, and hosting us - for the second time.
Ros and Rabsy will present, with David and I editing/producing.
The intention is to cover the Mid Terms, but news has a funny way of biting you on the bum, so to speak. That means we - as always - want to hear what you want us to talk about whether it's the elections or not.
And if you want to take part in the shows and come along and join in, e-mail us at worldhaveyoursay@bbc.co.uk
It'll be very good to meet you.
