Legal action against Ahmadinejad?

Richard Bowen | 11:03 UK time, Thursday, 15 February 2007

Hello world. Sorry for the delay, I've had a bit of computer trouble this morning. So without further ado, here we go. Should the world take legal action against the Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? Well, the legal editor of the UK newspaper the thinks there could be a case...

...Joshua Rozenberg outlines against Ahmadinejad including; diplomatic pressure and legal action on the grounds he incited genocide. Give his article a read and tell me what you think. Is there enough evidence? Would you support such a move? If the laws are there why isn't the world taking action now? What other world leaders do you think should be prosecuted under this type of legislation?

What else is about? The trial of the suspected gets under way in Spain today. If reports are to be believed there's still in the country as to who was actually responsible for the attacks. Some people believing it was Islamists and others believing Eta were the culprits. Are you in Spain? What's the mood like? Who do you think was responsible for the 2004 bombings?

We've done this issue a number of times on WHYS but it's one that won't go away. Another teenage model has been found dead from extreme dieting six months after her sister, also a model, died at a fashion show from complications arising from anorexia. died having suffered what's believed to have been a heart attack brought on by alimentary deficiency. Although the number of people in the fashion industry expressing their concern about "size 0" models is increasing there's still denial among many people in the industry that their profession has a problem. But what do you think? Are models too skinny? Should the size 0 models be banned?
