India is perhaps best known to cult fans for playing feisty adventuress Charley Pollard alongside Paul McGann in the Doctor Who audio dramas produced by Big Finish.

A graduate of Manchester University, India's television work includes Dead Ringers, Blue Dove and As If, whilst on the radio, she has appeared in Elephants To Catch Eels and Committed To Paper.

Other cult roles include Jeanine in Earthsearch, Lady Shamthri in Judge Dredd, Sissy Pollard in Gallifrey and Queen Anne in Luther Arkwright.

On stage, India has appeared in Damsels In Distress at The Duchess Theatre, directed by Alan Ayckbourn, a national tour playing Caz in The Tractor Girls with Oxfordshire Touring Theatre and Berkoff's 25th Anniversary production of East at the Vaudeville Theatre.
