Valenti's attempt to look after a kidnap victim destroys his career.
Written by Gretchen J Berg and Aaron Herberts

Episode two in this corking four parter rattles along magnficently. Not one for newbie viewers, this is a great pay-off for everything you've ever wanted from Roswell, but never dreamed it could deliver.
The abduction plot unravels splendidly, as the mysterious girl, Laurie, ruins Valenti's reputation. Bill Sadler's playing is great, as his every move just causes him more and more trouble.
As if this wasn't enough, we get some interesting new characters (the female FBI agent is great), a long-overdue return by Alex from Sweden, and the discovery that Michael is somehow involved in Laurie's past. Blimey.
This week's love:
Kyle: Very close to Tess.
Sheriff Valenti: The support from Maria's mum is great.
Alex: Is he really over Isabel?
Michael: He's drawn to Laurie. Oh dear.
