Over the past eight years Ben Langler has been living off the land in survival situations around the UK.

He's been interested in bushcraft survival skills since he was a child and learnt basic wilderness navigation techniques from his parents when he was just five-years-old.

He recently founded his own bushcraft school, which he runs from his home in Ipplepen.

His film shows how to create 'fire by friction' using tools gathered from the land.听
