Just days after becoming world diving champion at the age of 15, Plymouth's Tom Daley came into 成人论坛 studios in Plymouth for an extended interview with Spotlight's Natalie Cornah.

Tom won the 10m platform diving title in the World Championships in Rome in July 2009.

His performance stunned the diving world and put Tom into the national headlines.

In his interview with Natalie, Tom talks about his diving achievements - and about how he handles being a heart-throb.

And he answers questions which were sent in by 成人论坛 Devon readers.

The parade starts outside the council offices at 12.15pm and will travel up and down Royal Parade before Tom is interviewed by 成人论坛 Radio Devon and Blue Peter at The Big Screen in the Piazza at 12.40. The screen will also be showing highlights of Tom's title-winning performance.
