Were you a competitor or spectator? What did you think of the Ironman UK Triathlon?

coverage by the 成人论坛 is very poor and which regional tv station covers the event 成人论坛 SOUTHWEST or 成人论坛 WEST or 成人论坛 SOUTH.most people in Sherborne receive TV from PLYMOUTH SOUTHWEST but this station rarely covers the event. if the triathalon was in plymouth bristol or southampton it would get massive media coverage.Come on 成人论坛 get it sortedalanmapp@hotmail.com

I had an amazing day. The volunteers and spectators were superb. The course was very tough and testing. Worth all the training for the thrill of getting over the line.

My first Ironman! Finished in 14:14 which isn't very quick but the cycle ride was so hard, just glad to finish.Difficult course, difficult windy conditions...but great support from the crowds. And you know what? I'm now an ironman, something that will live with me for thr rest of my life!
