Proms in the Park comes to Parc Eirias in Colwyn Bay this year in a first for north Wales. The annual celebration of music will be led by the 成人论坛 National Orchestra and Chorus of Wales and the special guests include one of pop music鈥檚 best-known vocalists, Tony Hadley, who made his name as the lead singer of Spandau Ballet before becoming a solo artist in his own right.
Also performing: Wales-based Grammy award-winning Amy Wadge, one of the UK鈥檚 most prolific contemporary songwriters, whose most notable success to date comes from her long-established writing partnership with Ed Sheeran; tenor, Wynne Evans, is a popular presenter on 成人论坛 Radio Wales, and is also well-known to his fans as the inimitable spoof opera star on a well-known TV advertising campaign; and completing the line-up is 17-year-old 成人论坛 Young Musician 2016, Sheku Kanneh-Mason (cello).
The concert in Colwyn Bay is being held in collaboration with Conwy County Borough Council - bring your picnics and flags to enjoy an evening of music, fireworks and fun!
