    About This Event

Vladimir Jurowski conducts an all-Russian concert of works whose world or UK premieres were given by Proms founder-conductor Henry Wood.

It features Rimsky-Korsakov’s dance-filled suite from his opera Mlada, Rachmaninov’s ebullient early piano concerto, a trio of colourful tone-poems by Lyadov and Glazunov’s heroic Fifth Symphony.
