About this Concert

Join conducting talent from across the UK, Austria and Finland as they direct the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Scottish Symphony Orchestra in a varied programme of works by Debussy, Gregson & Elgar. This concert, jointly presented by the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ SSO and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is the culmination of a week’s activities with conductor Martyn Brabbins.

The ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ SSO's very own Sectional Principal Trombone Simon Johnson is the soloist in Gregson's Trombone Concerto.

Each student will have an opportunity to conduct part of the programme.
