With no conductor on the podium we see leader Lesley Hatfield as director of the ensemble for performances of Janacek鈥檚 Quartet No. 1, arranged by Richard Tognetti, and Shostakovich鈥檚 Symphony for strings and winds, arranged by Rudolf Barshai from the 3rd String Quartet. Following an exceptional performance at with the Orchestra in September 2014 we warmly welcome back 成人论坛 Radio 3 New Generation Artist Louis Schwizgebel to perform Mozart鈥檚 Piano Concerto No. 9.
