Theory 59 hail from Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire. The alt-rock four-piece's list of influences reads like a who's-who of modern popular guitar music; Arctic Monkeys, Foals, Mus Kings of Leon and Bloc Party. From these sources, Theory 59 have carved their own path mixing riffs, banging drums and vocal harmonies to create rock that motors along to a dance beat.
Their track Through The Lies Come Clarity was selected for the weekly 成人论坛 Introducing playlist slot Radio 1 last April. They have a five song EP, Sleepless, out now with a full length album in the works.
