Amanda is an award-winning author and co-founder of a nationwide social enterprise project that runs cooking classes across the country, exciting children about food and teaching them how to cook basic meals.

Amanda鈥檚 goal has always been to encourage children to be enthusastic about food and to enjoy cooking. Her mum inspired her to cook from a young age and since then she hasn鈥檛 stopped inspiring children, students and adults to enjoy great food.
