Diana Henry
After an earlier career in television production, Diana Henry enrolled on the year-long diploma course at Leith鈥檚 School of Food and Wine, and his since written nine critically-acclaimed cookbooks, perhaps most notably A Change of Appetite and A Bird in the Hand.
Diana now writes for several food and drink publications, including The Sunday Telegraph, where she has been since 2008.
