Elainea works as a food writer, chef and food photographer and does various stages at restaurants in between cooking at her supper clubs in London. She loves to push the boundaries of sweet savoury, using British ingredients to create dishes with a Caribbean edge. Elainea was featured in Channel 4 show Crazy Delicious with high accolades from Heston Blumenthal.
