Syrian chef Imad Alarnab used to run three restaurants in Damascus, before they were destroyed in the war. He fleed the country, travelling through Europe and cooking for refugees as he went. After several years of supper clubs and charity events in London, Imad now runs Imad's Syrian Kitchen in Carnaby's Kingly Court.
