Jemma
Jemma is a copywriter from Southport whose love of baking started at six or seven years old. In 2022, her recipe for Lemon Swiss roll and amaretti trifle was crowned winner of the Jubilee Pudding competition to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
