Liza was born in Bangladesh and moved to the UK when she was 19 to marry. As per tradition, she lived with her husband鈥檚 family and was taught to cook by her own mother and then by her mother-in-law. Liza has two children and very much enjoys cooking the traditional food from her country for her family. These authentic dishes have many more layers of flavour than the Westernised food found in most curry houses.
