Bahraini chef Noor Murad has worked all over the globe, and currently presides as a key part of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen (OTK) in north London, where she works as a recipe developer. Noor has also been the driving force behind the first Ottolenghi Test Kitchen book, 'Shelf Love'.
