Philip Juma
Philip is a self-taught chef of English, Irish and Iraqi heritage. He runs Iraqi food restaurant, JUMA Kitchen, in London, and writes a fortnightly food column for the London Evening Standard. His cooking is inspired by his upbringing, with a mix of Middle Eastern and modern European influences.
