The Herbert Family
The Herbert鈥檚 are a large family with a bakery business named Hobbs House Bakery that has been running in the market town of Chipping Sodbury since 1980.
Archie is the youngest of 5 siblings. When he鈥檚 not travelling or doing ski seasons he runs a toastie stall called Top Knot Toasties at music festivals during the summer months, using bread from his family bakery business.
Charlie is the middle sibling and is the go-to brother for restaurant recommendations. He is very particular about food presentation and the importance of precision. He loves to take control when preparing dishes for the family.
Anna is a mother to four children and married to the oldest Herbert sibling, Tom, who is one half of the Fabulous Baker Brothers. She loves cooking for her family; when Archie and Charlie join her in the kitchen, everyone gets involved.
