Carmen’s rum punch
A delicious rum and bitters cocktail to celebrate world rum day.
Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz rum (Jamaican)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- garnish with grated nutmeg
Method
Pour the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and angostura bitters into a cocktail shaker.
Top with ice and shake.
Place ice cubes in a small tumbler and pour the rum punch on top. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
