Cheesy fondue

Ingredients
- 200ml/7fl oz ready-made cheese sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 75ml/2陆fl oz white wine
- 1 free-range egg yolk, beaten
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
To serve
- toasted ciabatta bread, rubbed with garlic
Method
Place the ready-made cheese sauce, garlic, wine, egg yolk and chives into a saucepan over a medium heat and bring to a simmer.
To serve, place in a large bowl and dip with the ciabatta bread
