  • 185²µ/6½´Ç³ú aubergine, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 50g/1¾oz Hunan-style sauce (see above)
  • 15²µ/½´Ç³ú mangetout, cut into diagonal pieces
  • ½ tsp chopped garlic, fried to a crisp
