Mimosa
The perfect drink for a morning of entertaining: an easy combination of equal parts champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Ingredients
- 125ml/4fl oz your favourite champagne
- 125ml/4fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice
Method
Half fill a flute with the champagne.
Carefully pour the orange juice over the champagne and serve.
Recipe Tips
Your measurements may differ slightly depending on the size of your glass, but ensure the ratio of champagne to orange juice is 1:1 for the perfect mimosa.
