Ingredients

  • 65g/2录oz cooked kale or frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 160ml/5陆fl oz semi-skimmed milk
  • 陆 small banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 85g/3oz tinned pineapple chunks
  • 陆 medium apple, peeled and cored
  • small bunch fresh mint leaves
  • lime, juice only
