Taco seasoning
This seasoning can be used as a rub for chicken fillets or add to stir-fried peppers, onions and mushrooms for vegetarian tacos.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chilli powder, or to taste
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until they are thoroughly combined.
