Ingredients

  • 150g/5陆oz porridge oats
  • 50驳/1戮辞锄 barley or rye flakes
  • 25g/1oz sultanas
  • 50驳/1戮辞锄 ready-to-eat dried apricots
  • 150g/5陆oz fat-free Greek-style yoghurt per portion, to serve
