- Necessity for the performance of a contract with you which governs your access the 成人论坛鈥檚 Covid19 Support Fund, and following your application to access the 成人论坛鈥檚 Covid19 Support Fund the processing necessary for the 成人论坛 to take steps prior to entering into that contract with you to decide whether you meet the required eligibility criteria.
- Where processing is necessary for us to comply with legal obligations or to protect our interests and legal rights, including in connection with legal claims, regulatory and investigative purposes (including disclosure of such information in connection with litigation).
We may provide you with more specific notices for some of the processing described above and, if we require your consent, will ask at the time we collect your personal information.
Retaining your personal information
