What is the Freelance Payment Portal?

The Freelance Payment Portal is the online platform where Contingent Workers who are contracted on SmartBook, and their agents, are able to manage their engagements with the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ and claim their payments.

What’s changing?

With our ongoing commitment to becoming a ‘Great Place to Work’ & ‘Digital First’ approach, our focus has been on user experience and improved data security to ensure the portal seamlessly aligns with other ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ systems for continuous improvement. We’re excited to share some improvements to the current FPP, launching Monday 11th November 2024. The upgraded portal is designed to make managing engagements and payments easier for all users.

Access to the system will be enhanced with the introduction of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Connect, a secure multi-factor authentication solution. ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Connect offers greater number self-serve options for system access and making navigation across all devices, including mobile easier.

Please note ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Connect & ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Login are two separate solutions. ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Connect is only available for the Freelance Payment Portal. ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Login is used for other internal systems including myDevelopment (Mandatory Training).

• PDF invoices - Download copies of claimed bookings from your claim history
