It was a great afternoon for players and supprters alike. This was essentially our final anyway and I don't understand why fans are saying that we 'missed out' on Chelsea. Had we managed a victory sods law states that we would've ended up with the like of Tamworth. What a great local derby that would've been though! Anyway, well done lads, I'll be there again against worksop cheering you on, unlike the so-called fans who only turn up because of the occassion. Lets have another next year. Its been fun!
WORCESTER FAITHFUL
WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SEEN MORE OF SAM WEDGBURY THOUGHT HE CHANGED THE GAME FOR THE 5 MINUTES HE WAS ON HE WAS HITTIN STRIKERS FEET NOT JUST HITTING AND HOPING

Brill day, city done us all proud!Although we should have really won the game. Considering Huddersfield are supposed to be a better team i think the city did fantasticly, and we were cheated out of a penalty in the closing minutes.Made my day when the lovely sam wedgbury came on but i would bought him on earlier as he plays brill balls to feet!and hes fit!Well done lad you did us all proud!

Did well, should have taken at least a draw though. No finishers!

The game was there for the taking for Worcester City after Schofield was sent off. But how often have we seen the underdog fail to turn an advantage into a win?
Because of the gulf in quality, the killer ball was never good enough and the Huddersfield defenders were able to deal with the threat posed by Webster and Kelly. Without a lucky break, City were never going to score.
Very disappointing to lose out on the Chelsea tie, but Preece must now draw a line under this lucrative Cup run and ensure that this match doesn't have a detrimental effect on WCFC's season.
