How do I change the video quality on my computer or laptop?

成人论坛 iPlayer on computers and laptops automatically defaults to the highest quality picture your internet speed will allow.

This might cause buffering for some people, so to try to fix this,听change the picture quality:

  • Click on the Settings cog in the playback bar (next to the subtitles icon)

  • Select Low,听Medium or back to Highest available
