All 成人论坛 channels are now available in HD, including English regions, 成人论坛 ALBA and 成人论坛 Parliament.听
You can change your nation or region by selecting Change location, located at the bottom left of any 成人论坛 iPlayer page, or by heading to the Settings menu on the 成人论坛 iPlayer app.
Live channels can be found under the听Channels menu, choosing the channel and selecting either听Watch live听辞谤听Watch from the start.
