Help playing audio/video Rooster said they were not used to playing outside, and to an audience who weren't largely made up of Leicester residents - but it had been a great experience: "We've got probably about two hours worth of songs, but half an hour we've worked really hard to make it top notch." Although the band didn't spot any celebs in the crowd, they did bump into ex-Libertines and current Dirty Pretty Things singer Carl Barat. Now back in Leicester the band are concentrating on new material and practicing in their underground studio for their slot at year's Summer Sundae in August: "Hopefully everyone will join The Heroes bandwagon and keep giving us all the support. "Obviously all the fan support we've had has helped us to an extent and fingers crossed we'll be doing bigger and better things in the future." last updated: 07/07/2009 at 16:55 You are in: Leicester > Entertainment > Music > Local Music Scene > Glastonbury Heroes!
