Late Junction - Music Of The East Coast, From New York To Miami
Verity Sharp takes a musical journey along the East Coast of the USA tonight.
Verity begins the evening in New York with a performance from multi-media punk Keijaun Thomas who delivers an audio monument to the 1969 Stonewall riots. Verity then heads South, where a capella trio Mountain Man share Appalachian folk traditions. The programme ends in Miami, where POORGRRRL and Otto Van Schirach hone their unique brand of Southern Hip Hop.
